You agree on a budget with us — for example, €1,600. A starter package worth around €650 covers essential examinations, including lab work, that make sense for all participants alike.

In this example, that leaves €950 for further diagnostics, which we discuss individually with the participant beforehand. This avoids duplicate examinations, lets current complaints — for example in the musculoskeletal system — be clarified right away, and lets the scope of the examination be adjusted based on family or personal risk.

You retain full cost control. Examinations that exceed the budget are paid for by the participant themselves. Privately insured participants can usually submit the invoice to their health insurer for reimbursement without any issues.

Our budget principle: as individual as possible — after all, this is about your best people! Classic executive check-ups are usually based on rigid packages carried out according to the same fixed scheme, regardless of whether a participant has already had examinations done by their family doctor.

Our flexible approach makes it possible to address a participant's individual concerns and issues. As part of the check-up, your employee can have meaningful additional lab values determined, have findings that need follow-up clarified, receive intensive nutrition coaching, or have acute back pain examined — that's what we understand by interdisciplinary, holistic preventive medicine.

The check-up begins with a blood draw, followed by initial examinations such as the integrated stress test, measurement of arterial vascular stiffness, and body composition analysis. After the medical consultation with physical examination and ultrasound scans, participants can gather their strength over a light breakfast before the exercise stress test on a bike or treadmill.

Further specialist examinations may follow afterward, if needed.

Finally, all findings are reviewed together with the accompanying physician. In addition to a detailed findings report, participants receive a tailored strategy for staying healthy — our Five 4 Live — handwritten, as a tangible motivational aid for the fridge door or the workplace.
