Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This text technically and accurately describes which services this Astro/Payload website actually uses (currently: cookie consent banner, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google reCAPTCHA — see below). What is still missing is legal review of the exact wording, the legal bases, and the data processing agreements concluded with Google, as well as the specific account settings (e.g. retention periods in Google Analytics). Have this reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Cookies and Consent
When you first visit this website, a cookie banner appears where you can decide which of the following categories to allow: necessary, statistics, marketing, and external media cookies. You can change your selection at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. Details on the individual categories and the cookies set can be found in our Cookie Policy.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of this website. The information generated is transmitted to and stored on a Google server.
This processing only takes place if you have previously consented to the "Statistics" category via the cookie banner. The legal basis is therefore your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings.
Further information on data use by Google can be found in Google's Privacy Policy as well as in the Terms of Use for Google Analytics Advertising Features.
Google Ads
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, as part of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited. A cookie is set when you reach our website via an ad placed by Google. This makes it possible to track whether a Google Ads ad led to an action on our website (conversion).
This, too, only happens after your consent to the "Marketing" category in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable via the cookie settings. Further information: Google's Privacy Policy.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our appointment-request form is protected against abusive use and automated spam submissions (bots) by "Google reCAPTCHA" from Google Ireland Limited. Among other things, your IP address and other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service are transmitted to Google.
Since reCAPTCHA serves to protect our forms from abuse, we use it regardless of your cookie selection. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functional website that is protected from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Appointment-Request Form
If you send us a message via a contact or appointment-request form on this website, we process the data you provide there (e.g. name, email address, phone number, your message) exclusively to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiating a contract) or your consent, where the respective form provides for separate consent.
